The Self-care Day is all about YOU! Some of the content of the day will be taking you through Creative Guided Meditation, Negative and Positive energy, cleansing , grounding, and protecting ourselves on a day-to-day basis, we will go out into Nature and experience Nature Therapy awakening and connecting your senses to Nature coming into the present moment without any distractions and recognising the benefits to yourself, Reiki, Energy Healing, and discussing the benefits of activities that quieten the mind and bring us into balance, into the present moment. From my own experience of a light worker teaching and practicing daily we occasionally need a little reminder to recognise and put in place boundaries to help ourselves to enable us to continue to practice without absorbing negative energy and bringing our own energy down. Staying in the present moment and try to stay focused om the here and now. The venue is a perfect setting for us to nurture and care for ourselves.

Animal and Equine Communication Day

Animal Communication understanding, learning and practicing how to connect and listening to all animals and equines, how to quieten our minds to enable us to connect and most importantly listening to the animals and equines, how to connect in a respectful way, showing respect for what the animals and equines may wish to communicate and what they may not be ready to communicate, variation of methods of how animals and equines communicate with us, a word, a picture, a taste, a feeling, how to translate the information we receive to communicate this to the guardian/ carer. Animal Communication is a wonderful tool to have to help, support and understand the animal, equines need to manage or to move forward from a possible Illness, conditions, trauma, what the animal, equine needs to have the best quality of life, what they may need to enrich their life. You can communicate with an animal or equine anywhere in the World. From my own experience of teaching and practicing daily animal and equine communication it has helped, supported many animals, equines, guardians and carers.

To have your own private Introductory workshop to offer remedies to your own animals and equines the workshop can be tailored to your group needs Dogs, Cats, and Equines or a mix to meet the needs of your group 3+ people required.

Introductory Day Canine Applied Zoopharmacognosy

The Introductory day will enable you to work on your own dog or you may just wish to develop your knowledge and skills in this area if you don’t have a dog. The Applied Zoopharmacognosy will cover powders, essential oils, clays, hydrosols, herbs and macerated oils. You will gain the knowledge and the skills observing how dogs Self -select- Self medicate, how to know when the canine is selecting the remedy you offer, or not, the releases to look out for from the canine on the selection, when the canine has taken the dosage required. You will cover a range of conditions and Illness from dogs that you will observe me working with, to prepare you to work with your own dogs or give you the knowledge and skills in this area if you don’t have a dog of your own.
